This project reimagines the traditional lobby as something far more meaningful — a shared living room for the entire coliving community.
The atmosphere evolves naturally, adapting to the rhythm of its residents. More than a circulation zone, the entire hall feels like the living room of a contemporary campus — a place where everything coexists: food, drinks, work, leisure, conversation, and entertainment. It is flexible and easily adaptable for events, presentations, exhibitions, or informal gatherings.
At its heart is a bar that shifts effortlessly throughout the day: in the morning, it serves coffee and breakfast; by evening, it transforms into a social hub where DJs play, drinks are poured, and conversations grow louder. The atmosphere evolves naturally, adapting to the rhythm of its residents.

A large communal table anchors the lobby — a place to open a laptop, hold a meeting, exchange ideas, or even present a project. It supports productivity just as easily as it encourages spontaneous interaction.
Around it, a variety of lounge settings unfold. Soft sofa groups and intimate armchairs create spaces to relax, read, wait for a friend, or simply pause. Some areas are open and vibrant; others are tucked behind columns, offering quiet corners for solitude. The space welcomes both laughter and silence, celebration and reflection.
Designed to be the most dynamic and engaging part of the coliving, this space encourages residents to step out of their apartments and into a shared experience. It is not perceived as a formal lobby, but as their own communal home — open, welcoming, and alive at any hour.
