We were asked to design the facades for several cottages for Lion Hills. The layouts and general master plan had already been designed, but we needed to create an image, a spirit.

Working with an existing layout is always more difficult, as the proportions and geometry are not your own, but we tried to create a modern, minimalist facade that would look good individually and at the same time create a harmonious overall image with the other buildings.
The peculiarity of the relief is that each house is two-story on the side of its courtyard and one-story on the side of the street.
Construction is in full swing, with around 25 buildings planned.
