This building was built near Odesa but was not completed. It was originally designed as a multifunctional office with an open floor plan.
The building has a triangular shape due to the site and surrounding development. On the one hand, this shape gives less opportunity for internal planning, but to give future tenants more freedom we made a frequent row of windows. This arrangement of windows allows for a large number of layout options and gives not only a lot of light, but also an interesting facade.
Not all architecture has to be aggressive and expressive. Sometimes it is enough to make a background simple facade, when the surrounding development is already mottled with a variety of forms. Since this building is located in a very busy development, we tried to make it calm and stylish.
