Transforming an Old Factory into a Modern IT Office Space
Our office project for an IT company involved creating a unique workspace in an old factory not far from Kyiv. The task was to breathe new life into the space, preserving the charm of the original structure while crafting a modern, functional office environment.
The project, completed in 2018, was designed by @max_paks. The location is in Kyiv, Ukraine, where the team at Sivak Partners transformed the old floor, walls, and ceiling into a beautiful, industrial-inspired setting.
The design showcases a harmonious blend of old and new, with the original architectural elements seamlessly integrated into a contemporary, minimalist aesthetic. The use of natural materials, such as exposed brick and wood, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, while the clean lines and neutral color palette contribute to a sense of simplicity and sophistication.
The office space features a range of furniture and decor elements from renowned brands like Cassina, Magis, and Tibus Tool, further enhancing the modern, high-quality feel of the space.
