Transforming an Old Cottage into a Charming Summer House
On the customer site, apart from the main house, there was an old 2-storey cottage that was not used and looked very sad against the backdrop of a beautiful garden. It was decided to build a small summer house with a terrace and a carport for parking cars in its place. The foundation of the old building could be used, so our project is organized within the spot of the previous cottage.
The team at Sivak Partners took on the challenge of revitalizing this neglected space and transforming it into a charming and functional summer retreat. By utilizing the existing foundation, they were able to streamline the construction process and create a seamless integration with the surrounding garden.
The new summer house features a modern and minimalist design, with clean lines and a focus on simplicity and functionality. The addition of a terrace and a carport provides the homeowners with a comfortable outdoor living space and convenient parking solution.
