Introducing My Latest Project: The Investing Company Office in Kiev, Ukraine
Hello! My name is Alexey Gulesha, and I am one of the leading architects at Sivak-partners. This is my latest project, an investing company office in Kiev, Ukraine.
Inspired by Ruthless Management
The project was partly inspired by the book “Ruthless Management” by Den Kennedy. The main idea behind the design of this space was to encourage employees to spend more time on work and useful activities and less on idle and waste time. Therefore, in the kitchen, there is not much space for joint gatherings or cooking, but only a small bar tabletop and two chairs.
