Designing a Modular Home: A Challenging Yet Rewarding Project
Hello! My name is Cyril Verbich, @cyrillverbych, and I am an architect at the Sivak + Partners studio. I have a deep passion for architecture, no matter how small the project may be. When we were asked to design a modular home, I saw it as an exciting challenge.
Although the home was meant to be placed in a sea container and easily disassembled for transportation, it was still necessary to create a comfortable living space with an expressive and visually appealing design. The project was evaluated at a Ukrainian competition and was awarded for its innovative approach.
Interestingly, investors from China have also expressed interest in this modular home project, recognizing its potential for versatile and sustainable living solutions. As an architect, I find great satisfaction in taking on such unique challenges and delivering designs that balance functionality, aesthetics, and adaptability.
