Modern Interior Design with Marble-Topped Table and Black Stools

Minimalist Office Design Inspired by “Ruthless Management”

Designing a Productive and Minimalist Office Space in Kiev, Ukraine

Hello! My name is Alexey Gulesha, and I am one of the leading architects at Sivak-partners. Today, I’m excited to share with you the project of an investing company office in Kiev, Ukraine.

This project was partly inspired by the book “Ruthless Management” by Den Kennedy. The main idea behind the design of this space was to encourage employees to spend more time on productive and useful activities and less on idle or wasted time. To achieve this, the kitchen area is designed with a small bar tabletop and only two chairs, leaving minimal space for large gatherings or cooking.

The overall design of the office space reflects a modern, minimalist, and simplistic approach. The use of clean lines, neutral colors, and natural materials creates a calming and focused atmosphere, which is conducive to productivity and efficiency.

I believe that this office design is a great example of how thoughtful and intentional space planning can positively impact the way people work and interact within a professional environment. By prioritizing functionality and minimizing distractions, we can create spaces that foster concentration, collaboration, and innovation.
