We are presenting you the project to rebuild a villa on Lake Como for our exceptional client with whom we have already worked for 5 years. This location is a pure paradise with a personal garden and a beautiful view. We were unbelievably excited to create a wonderful mix of emotions there and started from 2 different vectors. The first one was like a red clay and became the basic one. And the second option was a bit brighter but with a bit more complex furniture arrangement.
The client decided to stay on the first one so we moved forward with the other spaces in the same shades. We wanted to divide the house into private and general spaces, where the private ones were supposed to be more dark and cozy and the general ones slightly moved to the bright side so starting from a guest suite we went to the light step-by-step.
The workspace and wardrobe are the first bright points on the way from the cozy 2nd floor to the lighter 1st one. Now in the living room you can see much different color scheme but the same calm and warm vibes. The huge fireplace is the divider between the living room and dining area.
The outside area around the house has 2 levels. On the 1st one, we made an SPA block with a lounge space connecting with the yard. There’s also outdoor dining area with a complete kitchen unit. The 2nd level is connected to the master suite and looks like a jungle with a huge jacuzzi in the middle.
