The old historical building of Odesa is very dense and its artistic value is not only in each building separately, but also in the integrity of the appearance of the whole street.
Our office is located outside the historical area of the city, but very close to it, so we had to design carefully, respecting the surroundings.
In this case, we tried not to go beyond heights, not to make the building multi-storey, although these rules of business and economics work the same way all over the world and it is more profitable to make multi-storey buildings.
The building owes its color and brutal appearance not only to its function and layout, but also to the strong character of its owner, who symbolically transferred his character into the stone of his project.
